Cedrick Pace is the CEO, Owner, and Administrator of Pace Healing Helpers LLC. He is an Indianapolis native. Shortly after college, he began his early career in post-secondary education and after several years decided to make a switch to the healthcare industry. He has always had a heart for the healthcare field as his grandmother and mother were both nurses. He has been in the healthcare field in various managerial and directorial roles for the past 12 years. Cedrick is an alumnus of Marian University in Indianapolis, IN. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy in 2008. After working in mental health with children and adults in various roles, Cedrick decided to return to school to further his education. He obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana in 2018.
After receiving his MHA/MBA degrees, Cedrick has worked in several leadership roles that have included being a Top Executive Director/Administrator of a premier home healthcare agency and Program Manager of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Facilities. He has a passion for building communities and ensuring clients receive the highest level of satisfaction. Cedrick looks forward to bringing his strong business acumen and leadership skills to Pace Healing Helpers through community engagement, healthcare knowledge, and compassion for others.
Aliscia Pace is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She has always been passionate about caring for others and decided to start a career in the healthcare field in 2007. She was raised in Indianapolis. She has a wealth of healthcare knowledge and experience starting her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Long-Term Care. In 2011, she became a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana. In 2014, she earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana and in 2019 a Master of Nursing degree specializing in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Board Certification (AANP-BC). Aliscia has worked in various nursing specialties, including inpatient adult medical and surgical units, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care centers, home health care and hospice, postpartum, and retail health. Aliscia has special interest in geriatric care and enjoys empowering older adults and their families through education, advocacy, and compassion.
